Arran Black Dragonborn, Male (gender neutral pronouns)
Appearance: It's hard to tell with Dragonborn, but Vasco appears to be pushing middle age. He's gone to fat, wearing what must at one point have been a white shirt, but is now so stained that it is mostly yellow and brown, along with a similarly dirty leather vest. His voice holds the common Arran lisp though, despite the fact that no preening Arran would ever be caught dead in such a state of disarray.
